How it works

Materials
Here at SimpleCanvas.com we believe quality and customer satisfaction are the two most important factors in business. We have spent over five years researching photo to canvas and canvas printing and testing the best materials to ensure all our customers receive the highest standard product available on the market.

Canvas
The highest quality 340gsm canvas available, acid free and bluewall tested to level 7, meaning that combined with our UV inks we can guarantee your canvas will last up to 75 years in normal lighting conditions

UV Inks
Our large format printing machines print up to 1200dpi ensuring a razor sharp high quality image. only UV pigmented inks are used for a guaranteed long lasting fade resistance up to 75 years.

Stretcher Bars
Our frames are made of pine and available in two different depths, 2cm and extra chunky 5cm. The timber is sourced from managed pine forests in europe and is carefully selected and stored. Then the wood is kiln dried to 11% moisture content for stability. The hinges are then cut into each end to allow the frames to expand after the canvas has been mounted, this means if your canvas ever goes saggy over time you can re-stretch it without having to take it off the frame

Lacquer
The final stage of our process is the application of two coats of lacquer. These are applied with a spray gun and compressor to ensure an even coverage and finish like no other. Your photo to canvas will have the typical authentic look but a slight 'glisen' when the light catches it. Perfect!

Production
All work from printing to finishing takes place in house and all canvases are individually hand finished by our team of experienced staff. This guarantees your canvas will be of the highest quality when it reaches you

Delivery
Each canvas comes in its own unique box which has double thickness walls to ensure durability. The packing of your Canvas print is extremely important and we ensure that your Canvas arrives at your doorstep on time and 100% perfect.
